This page covers tbtop.dev, the presentation site for Tabletop. It does not cover the software itself, which runs in your own infrastructure once installed.

Who runs this site

tbtop.dev is run by DiVotek. Questions about this policy or a request under it go to support@divotek.com.

Analytics

This site uses Umami, self-hosted at analytics.divotek.com. Umami sets no cookies and stores no personal data; it does not store IP addresses. The aggregate page-view stats it produces are used internally to see which pages get read and are never shared with a third party.

Error monitoring

Unhandled errors are reported to Sentry so they can be fixed. Sentry receives technical data about the error — the request path, stack trace and similar debugging context. Credentials and tokens are stripped from that data before it leaves this app, and the option to send additional visitor-identifying data with error reports is off.

CMS waitlist

Joining the waitlist collects one thing: your email address. It is stored in this site's own database and used only to invite you when a CMS beta seat opens — nothing else is sent to that address. It is never shared or sold. Write to the contact address above to have it deleted.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it needs to run: a session cookie, a CSRF token, and a cookie that remembers your light/dark theme choice. None of them are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
